Keys & Activation
- All keys are issued from the secure Admin Portal (admin login requires 2FA).
- BBQ key: issued after account + subscription is set up.
- BB keys: issued after payment clears (7‑day for Weekly, 30‑day for Monthly).
- BBA key: required for Chart Analysis and issued after Chart Analysis payment clears.
- Transfer rules: BBQ keys are transferable between products. BB and BBA keys are product-specific and are not transferable between Pocket Option and Quotex — users who want entitlements for both platforms must subscribe separately for each (except for BBQ keys). Once a BB or BBA key is activated it is permanently removed from the database and cannot be reused.
- Hardware binding & sharing: All keys (BB, BBA, and BBQ) are bound to the registering device's hardware hash collected at signup. Keys are intended for a single user's device only. If a key is shared or used on a different device, the key will be revoked and the associated app access may be locked/terminated. Do not share your keys; doing so will result in loss of access.
Customers do not log into the Admin Portal. If you need help, include your Payment Reference.

Both Pocket Option and Quotex QBots come with a 3-day trial; cancel before the 3 days are up or you will be charged the subscription. Chart Analyzer purchases do not include a trial.
Chart Scanner doesn't work in some regions; no fix is in the works at this point but developers are looking into the issue.
