Remote Support — How to Connect
For IT desktop support sessions, follow these steps to connect safely.
Quick Assist
Preferred
Quick Assist is built directly into Windows 10 and Windows 11 — no download needed.
This is the primary tool used for IT Desktop Support sessions.
- Press Start and search for Quick Assist, or press Windows + Ctrl + Q.
- Click "Get assistance" (the bottom option).
- You'll see a 6-character security code — share that with me via Telegram.
- Once I enter the code, click Allow to let me in.
- You can watch everything I do and close the session any time you want.
💡 Already on your PC — no install required. Just press Win + Ctrl + Q to open it.
AnyDesk
(Alternative)
AnyDesk is free and lightweight. Use this only if Quick Assist isn't available on your version of Windows.
You don't need to install anything — the portable version works fine.
- Go to anydesk.com and download the free version for Windows.
- Open AnyDesk — you'll see a 9-digit address on the left side of the app.
- Send me that 9-digit number via Telegram or the contact form above.
- When I connect, you'll see a prompt asking you to Accept — click it and we're in.
- You can watch everything I do in real-time and can disconnect any time.

TeamViewer (Alternative)
If you already have TeamViewer installed, we can use that instead.
Just share your ID and the temporary session password when prompted.
- Open TeamViewer on your PC — make sure it shows "Ready to connect".
- Share your TeamViewer ID and the one-time Password with me.
- I'll connect from my end — accept the incoming connection when prompted.
- The temporary password is session-only and changes every time you reopen TeamViewer.

IT Desktop Support sessions are billed at $40 per hour, paid before the session begins.
This fee is separate from any Signal Bot setup or activation support.

I only connect when you explicitly accept the incoming request. You can see, pause, or end the session at any time.
I do not retain any access credentials after the session ends.

Is this page for Signal Bot support?

No. This page is for general IT desktop support (Windows, software, network, and PC troubleshooting). Signal Bot services are handled separately.
How much is remote IT support?

Remote IT desktop support is $40 per hour, paid before the session starts. I confirm scope and expected time with you first.
Does this replace Signal Bot setup fees?

No. Signal Bot remote setup/help remains a separate service with its own pricing (including your existing $20 setup fee). This page does not change bot pricing.
Can you remote in without my permission?

No. Quick Assist, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer all require your approval. You stay in control and can end the session any time.
What systems do you support?

Primarily Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops: performance issues, software errors, startup problems, networking, drivers, printers, and general PC troubleshooting. Mac/Linux support is limited.
How long does a remote IT session take?

Most common issues take 20 to 60 minutes. More complex cases can take longer, and I will give you an estimate before we continue.
